We would like to take a moment to complement you on your quality equipment. The
result of our commitment to you and your commitment to provide a quality system has
provided us with a top-notch water system. We have owned other water softeners and
drinking water systems from Sears and Richetti. Yours by far is top quality. The
installation was easy even though it was rough on the installer. We are pleased.
We have noticed changes in the shower, the dishwasher, and the laundry. In the shower
we have soft moist skin and no hard water buildup on the tile. In the dishwasher the
glasses are clear and no longer cloudy. We were noticing calcium build up on our brand
new dish that was very discouraging. It has completely disappeared. And finally the
laundry is light and fluffy again.
Most of all the drinking water tastes good and there is no longer a need to have bottled
water around the house.
